What we collect
Nothing you type into the calculator. Every number you enter — home price, down payment, rate, income — is calculated directly in your browser and is never sent to, or stored on, our servers. There is no account system and no form that collects personal information in the calculator itself.
Advertising & cookies
This site is supported by display advertising. Ad partners (which may include Google AdSense and similar networks) may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your visit to this and other sites. We use standard, aggregate web analytics (page views, referrers, approximate location) to understand traffic to the site. This data is not tied to your calculator inputs and is not sold.
